David

David was born on April 4, 2015.  He lives with his handicapped mother and siblings in Kisumu.  He loves toy cars, drawing and yogurt to drink.  He goes to school at Misogi School and is in 4th grade.

Joyce

Joyce's birthday is on October 10, 2014.  She lives with her mother who is mentally handicapped in Kisumu.  She loves toys and baby dolls.   She in the 4th grade at Magadi School.

Emergency/one-time sponsorship is a 
powerful and effective tool for guaranteeing 
help goes to the children that need it most.  

Lilian helps over 20 children, but only 11 have been sponsored.  As we secure more partners to sponsor more children, these one-time gifts help support the kids who currently do not have sponsorships or provide emergency help to for any one of Lilian's Kids.  

Funds are carefully distributed based on the most current needs of the children involved, whether it be breakfast, medications or a new coat.

Lilian builds personal relationships with each and every child, carefully making sure dire needs are met.



 

 Clement's Story

Clement's mother had initially refused to take the government AIDS medicine. 

She wanted her and her son to die. 

She agreed to give her son, Clement,

Ocean Treasure and after a month, the mother witnessed positive changes and agreed to take it also.  Their weight was restored, and infections reduced! 

Today, Ocean Treasure is a part of

their diet and good health. 

Clement is currently strong and healthy!

David and His Family Helped in Drought

In the midst of a devastating drought, David and his family has been able to procure food due to their sponsorship from Aid The Children.   Due to a lack of rainfall for the last five years with no end in sight, much of Kenya has been made into an arid wasteland.  With 2.1 million facing food insecurity and thousands being displaced, there is little hope in sight.  Please consider sponsoring a child.  One hundred percent of all donations go directly to the child and their family.
